When a business dispute must be resolved in the courts, Ms. Clayton's principal concern is the
end result for the client, taking into account a realistic assessment of potential outcomes.
Ms. Clayton will assist the client in quantifying the potential outcomes where possible to better understand the risks and benefits of the litigation process, from investigation, pleadings, and
discovery to pre-trial and trial.
Ms. Clayton has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial
litigation cases, including commercial contracts, construction contracts and construction
lien foreclosures.
